CAPT Advanced Student Scholars

The following seven juniors (out of 256 tenth graders) have achieved the advanced level on the Connecticut Academic Performance Test. There are 5 bands of performance and these students scored in the advanced level in reading, mathematics, writing and science test.

Each student was presented with a Certificate of Accomplishment by Ms. Baldwin and a congratulatory letter signed by the Commissioner of Education.
Each certificate was signed by the Board Chair, Ms. Gina Calabrese and Karen Baldwin, Superintendent of Schools.
CAPT Online Reports
The CAPT Scholars Breakfast was held on Wednesday, October 21, 2009 in the WHS Lecture Hall. All students who scored goal or better on the 2009 CAPT were invited to attend this celebration. 63 students scored at or above goal in all areas.
